Activity schedule published - book now

The Sunderland hangar houses extensive climbing walls to suit anyone from novice to experienced climber with low 'bouldering' sessions for children from 7 upwards.  Three ski slopes in the hangar vary in gradient and are covered in hole-free Snowflex.  Unlike all other activity lessons available, ski/snowboard sessions at SailFest are fully supervised but not instructed so only for competent skiiers at £15 for 90 minutes, including skis. Children from as young as 4 years old can enjoy a ringo session for £10 for 45 minutes.  And of course this is also where you will find the velodrome - anyone who cycles has to give it a go!  A 90 minute session includes bike, instruction, shoes and helmet for just £28.

 

Windsurfing and kayak sessions are timed to take advantage of the tides over all four days of the event, a little later in the morning on successive days.  To really get to grips with windsurfing, book any three of these 90 minute sessions at a reduced price of £72.
