Enjoy the social side of SailFest14. After each day of racing there will be a coach debrief - a great chance to unwind and enjoy well-earned refreshment in the cosy surroundings of Spinnaker Bar. Superb views of the race area, the rest of the Solent and Isle of Wight with a beach side patio.
SailFest is designed as an event with something for all the family and Calshot certainly offers plenty of activity choices. For the sailor there is a 3-day dinghy racing regatta from Saturday to Monday and a pre-regatta training day on Friday 22nd August. Throughout the weekend there are options to use the superb Calshot Activity Centre facilities - including watersports, dry-slope skiing, archery, climbing and, of course, the velodrome. All equipment is provided for activities so sensible clothes are all that is required.
We know that the sailors don't want to be left out so certain sessions are to take place in the evening, after racing.
