Inclusive 8,100 position recordings per month - additional 1.5p per position recording. This is equivalent to 136 hours of use, i.e. 17 days at 8 hours / day.
Signals are transmitted at 60 second intervals
If the unit remains switched on it will continue to transmit position recordings. It is your responsibility to ensure the unit is switched off when not in use as this will use up your data allowance.

The manufacturer of your Device has given you a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of at least 12 months from purchase.
The unit must be kept in the waterproof case at all times when you are using it near or on the water. If damage occurs due to the unit being exposed to water the warranty will be void.
The case has a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from purchase. The outside of the waterproof case should be rinsed after use (particularly when used in salt water) and allowed to dry fully. Care should be taken to ensure the SailTracker unit, in its bag, is appropriately mounted.
We cannot be held responsible for damage caused due to mis-use of the equipment.
Please check SIs. SailTracker are not responsible for any protests where the unit is not used in line with SailIng Instructions for an event or series of events
The owner is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the waterproof bag and that this bag is not relied upon when damaged or when failure of waterproof properties are suspected
The SIM card will remain our property and can only be used in the supplied GPS tracker unit. It is your responsibility to ensure that the unit is switched off when not in use to avoid excessive data usage.
We cannot be held responsible for events and loss of service resulting from events beyond our control, such as loss of mobile data and internet connectivity.
We cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from using the service
Responsible use of the service:
You should not use the service for covert surveillance and/or tracking people without their knowledge/agreement.
We reserve the right to periodically review and update this agreement with a reasonable notice period.

If anything goes wrong with a transaction, payers are entitled to an instant refund.
