Competitors with Boats
- Please follow the instructions of the marshalls at all times (most will be wearing high-visibility jackets)
- The car ramp is controlled all day – only ascend or descend when instructed
- Please keep to the one-way system on the upper level as directed
- Due to limited space, cars on upper level may not be left unattended at any time, nor may cars be parked there – the penalty is disqualification!
- Unload your boat and move it immediately into the boat park as directed
- After unloading your boat please immediately take your car to the car park on the lower level.
- Registration and briefing are on the upper level of the clubhouse.
- If you have pre-entered and under 18 please bring your printed, signed entry form, with parental declaration signed, to the entry desk.
- If you have pre-entered and over 18 then you are fully entered and do not need to visit the entry desk.
- After the race, FIRST secure your boat on its trailer in the boat park but do not move it to the loading area, THEN bring your car up and LAST move your boat into the loading area to meet it so you can just hook-up and go. Please be patient and remember the one-way system is still in force!
ALL VISITORS
- Please follow the marshals’ instructions for parking
- No dogs are allowed on site except working Guide Dogs
- Briefing will be from 11:00, 1st scheduled start at 12:00 and finish at 14:30
- Bar and catering is available on the upper deck throughout the day and downstairs at peak times from Thymelords
- The Virtual Rigger Chandlery is open all day located on the Ground floor.
