SailFest is about far more than racing with plenty of opportunity to learn and improve techniques through coaching and workshops. With video camera footage to review ashore and top level coaches, sailors are invited to learn about local conditions as well as general race technique and venue acclimatisation.
Coaching support will be available throughout the racing days with video camera footage to review after racing as well as on the coaching day. SailFest even includes the modification to the sailing instructions that the on-the-water coaches are able to offer tips and advice during the regatta to those who would benefit whilst on the water for the 3 days of racing.
During the race days (Sat-Mon), coach support will be provided.
We will be including a range of workshops run by industry experts, including updating your boat, compasses and electronics. Industry experts will be taking part in SailFest 15 and running a range of workshops throughout the long-weekend.
