29er Start but then abandon

Started at 1155 but abandoned soon after

 So the 29er did start a race as they seemed to have a steady direction for the wind, however only 15 minutes after starting the race, the Race Officer had had to abandon it because the wind has completely dropped off with the boats making little head way up towards thw windward mark
