Spain's Tara Pacheco - reigning 470 World Champion and world ranked #2 470 Women's helm - speaks to ISAF on her preparations for the 2012 Olympic Sailing Competition and looking ahead to Weymouth.

Ahead of the Olympics, Tara and crew Berta will be looking to defend their World Championship title at the 2012 470 World Championship coming up in Barcelona, Spain from 10-19 May 2012.
