Parental/Guardian Declaration
For competitors under 18,  please bring a signed declaration with any details of loco parentis.  The form can be downloaded from the noticeboard :

Bibs
At registration you will be given a numbered bib,  which must be worn and clearly visible whilst competing.

GPS Trackers
Please collect these from the Event Office after the briefing and return with your bib after racing, when you will also receive a SUP Company Goody Bag

Food, Prizes and Social
Food and drinks will be available at the Club throughout the day - Breakfast can be purchased from 8am - 10.30am in the upstairs dining room, snacks can  be bought from 10.30am - 5pm in the downstairs cafeteria and for the evening,  a curry will be available from 19:00 -  21:00,  payable at the counter upstairs. 

Spectators are welcome at Hayling Island Sailing Club to see the start and finishes,  with a few vantage points along the course,  particularly the bridge onto the Island.  SailRacer will be providing GPS tracking, so friends and family can follow the race online and the competitors can replay all the action after the event.

For many Hayling is considered the spiritual home of windsurfing, and the Round Hayling Island Race a great celebration of the sport First staged in 1980, the 14 miles circumnavigation can take anything from 60 minutes to 6 hours. Recent years have seen the inclusion of Open Canoes and Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUP).

Competitors will have the choice of three different course lengths from 4.5 miles up to the 14 mile circumnavigation.
