SSA Workshop @ The RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show

The Sailing Software Alliance (SSA) will be hosting its 4th Club Workshop at the RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show, at Alexandra Palace, London .  The workshop takes place on Sunday the 1^st of March from 1000 until 1300, Palm Court 3, at Alexandra Palace, London and will build on the themes of the previous events,  where representatives from 20+ clubs,  RYA and SSA software providers have shared experiences on how technology is helping sailing and sailing organisations manage their affairs better and save their volunteers precious time.  

A consistent topic of the discussions has been the use of data to help clubs understand participation factors and retention of its membership.  The workshop will look at the prototype SSA Participation Dashboard which gathers data from the club's management systems and presents it in an integrated way.  Clubs have an opportunity to shape its direction to help the SSA Dashboard become a useful tool for club committees,  helping them understand what is working at their club and where improvements can be focused.

The workshop  is also a chance for clubs to see demos of various sailing software packages and offers existing users an opportunity to ask questions of the providers.
