On behalf of the organising committee you are very welcome to the Irish Topper Nationals 2014, and to Waterford Harbour Sailing club. It is our aim to provide great racing in a safe and relaxed environment. We hope competitors, friends, family and volunteers all have an enjoyable, memorable weekend in Dunmore East.
