Starts galore

Challenging conditions result in lots of general recalls and restarts at the 2014 techno world championships in Brest France.

A light breeze and a strong current resulted in several general recalls and restarts of races. This followed the decision yesterday to delay the first start to 14:00 from 10:00 due to a light winds forecast.
