Taking place immediately before the 2013 470 Junior World Championships, our three-day Race Training clinic will provide daily briefing and coached race training run by Makis Orologas from Greece.

The Junior Race Training Clinic is designed to help teams reach their maximum potential for the Championships, and will take place from 24-26 July 2013, ahead of the 470 Junior World Championships in La Rochelle, France.

Schedule
24 July 2013:
-12.15 briefing - Introduction to the clinic, training schedule, training targets
-14.00 training
-17.30 debriefing - discussion of the training, spot to the details, next day schedule

25 July 2013:
-10.00 briefing - major tips for 470, pushing the 470 handling to the limits, video footage, training targets
-12.30 training - short races focused on maneuvres, races
-16.30 debriefing - discussion of the training, video analysis

26 July 2013:
-10.00 briefing - How to set up-trim on a 470, training methods, training targets
-12.30 races - 5 races of approximately 30 minutes target time
-16.30 - debriefing, preparation for the event
